Blurb: That jerk who showed off during the entirety of the third game. Snake Snake Snake did you notice me yet? Snaaaaake! He acts and takes himself very seriously but he's mostly a huge dork in actuality.
Plans: I plan on having him attempt to knock a gym out of commission temporarily but I need to iron out the details before I submit it to the mod team for approval. Because he's a complete and utter showoff this is going to involve a cipher puzzle on the network and a lot of taunting.

I want the puzzle to actually be solvable on an OOC level, so that's the one thing I need to work on at the moment before I finalize things.
