What you're looking for: Looking to build new (or new-ish) CR especially! I'm game for both positive and negative, and I have a severe weakness for weird friendships and rivalries. Negative CR in particular would be great, I need more of that.

Blurb: Envy is a four hundred year old undead villain who has become significantly less villainous during his time in Route. Now he's mainly just a minor troublemaker/delinquent who's well along in the process of learning that friendship is magic. But property damage, over-the-top recklessness, being a jerk to strangers, and scaring people are still fun times in his book.
Plans: Extremely vague plans for a beach vacation with his group/any other friends who wanted to come along. But other than that, not a lot besides CR building.
