Plans: I have nothing set in stone at the moment! People convinced him to not run out and make an idiot out of himself after that news broadcast, so he's just sort of watching and waiting at this point. And debating what to do if he in fact does anything. So in other words, there's nothing going on with him other than a bunch of offscreen scheming, so his schedule's pretty open

Plans: He just got in, so I have no plans for him at all yet! I'm considering having him take the ferry to Pallet Town, but I haven't made up my mind about that yet.
