Wow, this is ridiculously late. Sorry it took so long, but yes. Strategies. Let's see...

Zen is prone to Rule of Cool. She prefers to use big, powerful, and flashy attacks. She's not particularly fond of stall tactics, opting for a head-on approach. This can lead to some friction with Riku, who is a very tactical battler.

Phantom, on the other hand, loves a slow, grueling fight. His favorite combo is Hypnosis + Mean Look + Curse + Dream Eater, but he's also fond of Toxic and Will-o-Wisp abuse.

Quake is a lot like Zen in that he tends to prefer a direct approach, but more than anything, he likes causing pain. He's incredibly vicious in a fight and loves to hear the sounds of screams from his enemies, which may lead to him taking things too far in a fight. Crunching to fracture bones. Toxic to weaken his foes. Riku used to love his brutality, but now it unnerves him.

Flare is similar to Riku in that he likes to fight tactically. He's the sort of Pokémon that prefers to wait and see how his opponent fights, scouting with Protect and Double Teams. He will use powerful moves if the situation calls for it, but prefers to save his strength for when he really needs it.

Ace knows she's a glass cannon, so she prefers to finish fights as quickly as possible. She tries to land heavy hits and evade where possible. Very much a hit and run battler.

Riku's psychics are generally pretty analytical in fights. Knight tries to make battles fun through use of status moves and misdirection. Psych tends to wait and observe, similar to Flare. Axis has the benefit of his bulk and strength, but often enjoys wearing his opponents down before landing the finishing blow.

Drench... just wants to be a kung-fu fighting juggler. He tries to look cool by incorporating martial arts. He is convinced that he was meant to be a fighting type. Nobody has managed to convince him otherwise.

Prince enjoys frustrating his opponents. Toxic stall is the name of the game. He will poison and then hide behind Protect, healing with Wish where necessary and occasionally laying the smack down with Surf.

Mirage enjoys confusing people with her Illusion ability and usually starts by mimicking other Pokémon to throw off her opponents. Her goal? Trick them into using the wrong attacks so she can blindside them with a well-aimed attack.

There are so many other 'mons that I'm gonna have to sit down and think of more strats. But these are the first ones that come to mind.
