[The Houndoom snorts and lifts his head a little, gaze narrowing slightly. He doesn't shift too quickly though, and eventually just sits down on the ground.]

...turned human? Nnnooo, I'm pretty sure I've always been human...

[The charmander laughs gleefully as he tries to tug his feet off the ground, wriggling them. Ratchet rubs at his brow as he tries to process all of this before he gestures to himself. All of himself, pretty much with a sharp irritated gesturing with his hands.]

Then how come I'm human?

[And there's an abrupt growling sound, which seems to startle the former autobot. His hand clutches at his stomach.]

And why does my stomach feel like it has something inside it?

...Okay well, for one thing, everybody's a human here. And for another, it sounds like you're hungry!

[Jimmy laughs a little, just as the Houndoom lifts his head enough to lift the little Charmander clear of the ground entirely.]

I wasn't human before!

[The charmander gleefully kicks his legs as he hangs off Houndoom's nose. Before his hands slip and he falls back onto the ground, onto his rump. He blinks a little as he sits there before he sniffles, tears swelling in his eyes.

Ratchet stares down at his protesting stomach.]

That's how you humans indicate that you need sustenance. [His nose wrinkles.]

What do you recommend I eat?

The Houndoom lets out a long sigh, lowering his head to the ground, back to the Charmander's level. Look, just. Don't cry ok. See? He's like. ...licking the top of your head. Does that help?]

Well, you can eat just about anything! Fruit, sandwiches...I'm pretty sure there's a pretty good buffet place not far from here.

Oh, just don't eat any of the berries you see on trees around here, okay? Those are for Pokemon. People can't really eat 'em.
