Kimblee is special so he gets two opinions.

For starters, Cobra likes Kimblee. Anybody willing to blow things up for fun and profit is awesome in his book.

As far as ~anonymous Rocket bro~ goes, Cobra thinks he’s a horrible person who does horrible things to people who probably didn’t deserve it. And he loves that. He just wishes he knew who it was so he could congratulate them face to face.
