Because I noticed we haven't had one of these in quite a while. This meme is pretty simple! Just:

Bluntly put, Kimblee thinks Cobra's a scream - he finds him to be hilarious, though it's hilarious in a good way. As much as Kimblee likes to work towards some sort of higher goal (usually forcing some sort of change in the world or otherwise trying to start some sort of massive conflict, because he is, at heart, a warmongering asshole), he'll often surround himself with people that amuse him, that will provide entertainment and are just generally people that he can have fun with, and he thinks Cobra has potential to be very fun.

Admittedly, given that there's a lot of...darker things that happen in Kimblee's world of origin, he isn't entirely sure what to think of Cobra a lot of the time - the sort of over-the-top villainy that Cobra is prone to is completely foreign to him, and Kimblee still isn't entirely sure whether he's actually serious or only half-serious and the rest of it is taking refuge in audacity. He thinks that's interesting, in its own way; he kind of has to question exactly where the hell the guy came from (was it London? All the hilarious things Kimblee's met seem to have crawled out of London. Oh god, you're from London, aren't you) but he finds watching Cobra...do his thing to be fascinating, if a bit face-meet-palm in some ways.

He does like that Cobra will just let him do his thing, though, and that he seems to appreciate his work; he definitely would be interested in working with him in future, though he suspects that actually trying to carry out an operation in-person with him would be an exercise in patience, given how Cobra's logic seems to...work...

Also, he will find a use for that TM, damn it.

And no, he's not from London. Sorry :( Though I like that better than the giant mess that is "Where did Cobra Commander come from?"

...you know, were it to be confirmed for him, he's not sure if the knowledge that Cobra is completely serious makes it better or worse.

Some bastard combination of both, maybe.
