Location: Violet City, but she's going to be leaving for Azalea very soon.
Blurb: A bio-engineered weapon, created by the greatest doctor in the world to protect him from literally anything that could kill him by killing them first. Basically a bodyguard who's a Frankenstein's monster that's also a teenaged girl with terrible social skills. Seriously, she doesn't know what to do around people that aren't trying to kill her. She can be really nice though, if you're nice too and get to know her.
Plans: She's currently making her way to Goldenrod, and plans after that are kind of unknown. I do want her to run into Team Rocket at some point though! That'd be fun to play out.
