What you're looking for: ANYTHING, but more specifically:

Kato: More Team Rocket CR! He needs to get closer to his fellow TR members.
Celes: Probably more CR in general for this one, of any flavour! Particularly if you like to drink tea or gamble, that always gets you points with Celes. especially if you're rich
Emmy: She just arrived back, so at the moment I just want to get ALL THE CR for her!

Location: Goldenrod Rocket Base
Blurb: Kato is a very villainous villain whose favourite thing to do is build bombs so he can blow things up. He believes that destruction is the purest form of art, and apparently that...makes him an artist, or something, because did I mention he's a VILLAIN? At the moment he's chilling in the Goldenrod Rocket Base, working on his projects and generally being smirky and evil with his partner, Dist.
Plans: Nothing set in stone as of yet, but I have a few ideas that I might pursue!

Location: Goldenrod, although she'll soon be making a move to Mahogany so she can get the last two Johto badges.
Blurb: Back in Hope's Peak Academy, Celes was known as the Super High School Level Gambler, as that's her passion; she's brilliant at all sorts of games, and isn't averse to betting her own life if the prize is worth it. Aside from that, she's polite enough if she wants something from you, but otherwise she's a fairly difficult person to get along with as she has the tendency to make it very obvious when you've annoyed her. She mainly prefers to keep to herself.
Plans: At the moment, my main plans with Celes involve completing her set of Johto badges; after that, I don't have anything set in stone.

Location: Goldenrod! She just arrived last app round.
Blurb: Emmy is a very intelligent, excitable young woman who works as the assistant to Professor Layton, back in London. Her hobbies include photography, martial arts and being very quaint in comparison to some of the more evil characters we have here. She's the friendly sort, so she'll happily chat with anyone who is polite to her - impoliteness might earn you a roundhouse kick, however!
Plans: At the moment I just want her to find her feet and build up her CR and Pokemon numbers!

Most definitely! I adore playing out female friendships, and these two will likely get along swimmingly! :3b I am ready whenever you are!

Female friendships are some of the best things to play~, and I have no doubt about that even if I'm canonblind to Emmy (don't worry about spoilers, I don't mind them at all!) but from what I've seen here, I'm sure you're right! I'll tag her intro post as soon as I get to Winry's tags today! :3
