WINRY IS BEST SISTER EVERYONE ELSE GO HOME. He loves Winry dearly, even if she isn't the one from his universe, and having the chance to be with her again after following Ed through the Gate to Germany is a blessing he's so grateful to have. He's always cared so much about her, and his secret crush on the version of her back home has carried over to Route...but she and Ed are so stupidly in love, and he's just happy that she's happy. Really, that's all he's ever wanted, so he's chill with everything. He's just happy to be here with his family, safe and sound and together again.

As far as the alternate timeline stuff goes...it worries him, a little, and he wants to warn them about anyone from his Amestris that might show up, but at the same time he doesn't want to cause Winry any worry. He's always had that dumb Elric instinct to shield her from the bad stuff they've been though, and it's hard to ignore it. But if he can at least tell Ed, then they both can keep an eye out for her together.
