He really likes her! He's had several "What happened to your voice??" moments so far but he's... fortunately just barely self aware enough that he wouldn't ask. Greed wants to get to know her better and is really fascinated about Cloudbank. He needs to know how a world without a military exists because that's impossible from his point of view and yet Johto and her world prove they do exist. He wants her to tell him more! Somehow.
