Location: Living in Goldenrod at the Breeding Center!
Blurb: Lancer's a legendary hero from pre-Christian Ireland that...really doesn't seem to live up to the legend. He's laid back, casual, and even friendly if you catch him in the right mood. Right now he's working on getting over a slightly harsh canon update, so he wouldn't be against the idea of meeting new people and making Actual Friends here and there.
Plans: For immediate plans, he's definitely gonna be involved in the plot. But sometime in the future I'd like to get some (relatively) short-term traveling in for Lancer--he's pretty committed to the Breeding Center, but he hasn't quite gotten around to the majority of gyms in Johto or Kanto.
