What you're looking for: Moses is one of those very polarizing people as in characters love him or hate him so I'd love to get him some people on both sides. Some nice good negative CR and some good positive CR. I'm also big into ship teasing so you know just throw it that way.

Location: He hasn't been intro'd yet but I'm still deciding if he's starting in New Bark or Pallet. Probably Pallet Town because that's new and fun.
Blurb: Moses is a not very bright man who is a bandit and a huge lover of animals. He's headstrong and likes to just dive into things without thinking. He's also loud so you know exactly where he's coming from if you listen at all. He's mildly peverted in that boobs are his favorite thing in the world, plz let him put his face in them if he knows you well enough. Also did I mention his love of animals? Especially canines.
Plans: Nothing set in stone, he's probably not going to get plot involved this time. He's going to try and get a good team going nice and quickly. He's also going to be very confused by technology as it's not his forte so you know, point fingers at him and laugh.
