With the last app round of the month done with and a gamewide plot on the horizon, it seems like a good time to have one of these - as usual, fill out the below form and get to plotting! I know this is a fair bit in the future, but can Henry help out in Kimblee's plan to blow up another major city? He'd had a serious deficit of explosions in his life lately, man.

His attacks are anonymous and he generally doesn't solicit random assistance with them from among the rest of the Rockets, and there's also the slight matter of us not having any CR at this point; he's tapped people he knows to assist him before, though, so it's not unheard of. He tends to run a lot of attacks when he's feeling restless, so this definitely won't be the last, and he'll grab people if he thinks they'll be helpful once in a while. So maybe in the future, yeah, but not this one, and we're going to need lots of CR beforehand and/or you'll have to give him a reason to think you're trustworthy.

Again, it's going to be far from the last, so there will be other opportunities eventually.

True! There's definitely time to develop CR, if you like.

In the meantime, Henry will just sit back in a lawn chair and watch the chaos.
