Sasha Braus | Attack On Titan
Or Pokemon, for that matter. Sasha's sneaking up on a nice decent level Pidgey, wanting one she can at least fly on, but suddenly the flock flutters and scatters off because there's a sound both them and Sasha pick up before the perpetrator actually shows on the scene.]
Oh my gods! [Sasha groans, faltering forward onto her knees in defeat. Third time this happened today. Third time. She been nice for too long.] Could you please stop following me?
[The Deerling makes a little noise, but it's a mystery if it's a sound of disappointment or a complete no Pokemon-style. Whatever it is, the Pokemon creeps closer to Sasha and noses at her arm. Come on, human. Accept it! Train it! Be the very best like no one ever was!]
I said please stop following me. I don't know what you are... [A deer with a funny hat.] ...or what you want, but please stop following me.
[Little Deerling does nothing of the sort except stomp its foot in the dirt. Well, this must be an adamant nature one. Just her luck. She's going to call it Jean.]
Okay, so when I turn you into dinner, don't say I didn't warn you.
[With Sasha, that's an actual threat.]

( if the deerling hadn't startled the flock, armin's footfalls would have done the trick. of course, he isn't in the grass to hunt. a few trainers are hiding, he knows, but most loiter along the roads for a battle or two. armin prefers to avoid them. too time consuming and he can train his roster when a wild pokémon appears just as well. )

OMFG YES!!
No no, you can't turn your new friend into dinner. That's just ... cruel.
[Cruel is just one thing, there's many other ways to describe to too. The voice comes from a friendly looking young woman, who is somewhere nearby and wearing her Survey Corps uniform. Yes, that is Petra Ral. Yes, that is a Ponyta near her and the fact that it's a pony in flames doesn't seem to bother her at all.]
And you're supposed to train her, so she's not likely to stop following you.
commence sasha losing her shit
whoooooops, very sorry for making you lose it, potato girl
yaaaaaas
He trusted her.
On this particular trip he was perfectly fine with staying on Kousou's back, at least until she decided to drop to the ground just outside of New Bark. That's fine, she needs a rest anyway. It'll give Bertolt plenty of time to stretch his legs and maybe, just maybe, peek in on any potential newcomers. He calls Kousou back into her ball and tosses out another - Reiner's old Trapinch, and picks him up to go check in. At least with something this small he wouldn't startle someone right off the bat, right?
Except he never expected that 'someone' to be someone from home. He never expected it to be Sasha.]
...Sasha?
[Gods, didn't he just have a dream about this not too long ago? Talk about deja vu.]

Dipper Pines | Gravity Falls
Alright, so this looks like the place.
[It isn't unusual for Dipper to talk to himself, but for once he actually has an audience in the form of a small Phantump nervously perched on his shoulder, trying to half hide behind the side of his head as he looked up at the tower up ahead. He could sense that it was full of ghost Pokemon...among plenty of other things.
Dipper put the Gear into the pocket of his vest before looking at the little ghost out of the corner of his eye.]
Come on, there's nothing in there that's going to bother us. It'll be fine, right?
[Okay famous last words though. Probably.]

And, ya know, a shadowy figure in all black turning to look at him from the dark. With gleaming green eyes. It's fiiiine]

sorry not sorry
Therefore, when she sees Dipper standing in front of Sprout Tower, she already determines that he would be her current (and hapless) victim for today. She can barely contain her snickers but she does a good job at suppressing them for the time being, careful not to give away her cover as she quietly sneaks up behind him, shadowing him until they're both inside the tower. The darkness helps mask her presence, much to her satisfaction, so she leans forward...
...parts her lips...
...and blows suddenly on the back of his neck.]

Well...it's a hospital, at least? [Wirt stands outside the Pokemon Center, his Swablu looking rather flat faced.]

Kim Hyun-ae | Analogue/Hate Plus
Anyone hanging around National Park will see a sixteen-year-old girl in a cosplay maid outfit rolling around in the grass while being observed by a small Goomy who has no fucking idea what his trainer is doing. Occasionally she'll pet the Goomy or otherwise play with it, letting its purple ooze make a mess all over her hands. Aaaah, that feels so good.
Approach?]

... Didn't anyone ever tell you maids are supposed to be tidy? What were you, a dog before you came here?

Teddie | Persona 4
Tall grass, trees, and bushes alike find themselves frozen as a young blonde kid and his excitable Cubchoo freeze everything in sight. Everything except for, of course, wild Pokemon. To be fair, there are a lot of Pokemon that look like plants, surely one of these trees will eventually give Teddie's little bear cub some experience. Maybe.]
Noooooow for my next trick, freeze that one over there!
[Teddie points over dramatically with a great swing of his arm at a swaying flower as his Cubchoo takes in a deep inhale, only to exhale a Powder Snow attack in a sort of half sneeze half blowing effect. The plant frosts instantly and Teddie can't help but squeal in delight over how 'pretty' that makes it now, his little partner waving his arms in the air triumphantly.]
Oh man, are we good or what?! Why I do bearlieve if we keep this up, we'll win all those badgers for sure!
[He may have...he may have only partially listened to any and all explanations. Although before his Pokemon could try to correct him, Teddie instantly wraps his arms around himself after something dawns on him.]
YEESH, when the heck did it get so cold around here?!
[It's a mystery.]

ALRIGHT! Who turned off the heating?!
[Although it's hard to see, her eyes set sights on Teddie and the Cubchoo. A suspicious-enough guy if anything. With an ice type. One look at her Murkrow and she can't help but wander over, hands rubbing her upper arms.]
Hey you!
...
Did you see anyone using ice moves? Cause it's REALLY freezing!
[Murkrow just...tries to point a wing at Cubchoo. Just to help out.]

Said partner and Ai had been going out for a walk, when all of a sudden the air around them felt much colder than it should. Yes it was winter, but she was almost positive it wasn't this bad a few minutes ago. A quick glance around makes it seem like someone's been spamming an ice attack, but before she can get a better look she loses her footing and down she goes.]
Ugg! Just where did all this ice come from?
[Glaring dangers at everything, until she spots Ted.]
You! Help me up!

Gau | FFVI
[The poor thing must be pretty exhausted, considering he's not waking up for the thirteen-year-old kid at the streamside who has somehow managed to get a Magikarp out of the water and is gnawing on it ferociously, with occasional little frustrated growls. He's not having a lot of luck - Magikarp have pretty tough scales - but the Magikarp's pretty distressed anyway, and the scruffy kid is good at keeping it from getting back to the water.]
[After a bit of futile chewing on the fish, he's stopping, but that speculative look he's giving the Magikarp doesn't show any sign of reclassifying it from "dinner".]
[Save the fish somehow y/n?]
Ulysses, Ulysses 31 (Late?)
"You're not going to find any food in there, you know." He manages to get the words out between the kisses, but the Lillipup pays no mind. It continues to kiss him until it suddenly stops, ears perked. It jumps down, and he wipes his face on his sleeve as best he can before looking to see where it went. "Argos! No!"
The Lillipup has found a new interesting person, and will now sniff their feet before standing up on its hind legs, trying to put its front paws on their leg and wagging its tail happily. Its trainer isn't far behind, trying to control it. "Argos, get down!"
Shion || No.6
And to add insult to injury, there was no sign of Nezumi anywhere. Safu was still in the Correctional Facility and they were planning to go rescue her. This just... had to be a really strange dream, despite what all his senses were telling him.]
I guess it's just you and me for now...
[The Togepi looks happy to be finally acknoledged by his trainer and just as much as he can. It makes Shion chuckle a little and then picks it up.]
I'll have to come up with a name for you. But first we'll try to find Nezumi and the rest.
Shadow Labrys | Persona 4 Arena
Though the best part of it all is the nature of this place. She can crush all the weaklings that she wants and it's not only allowed but expected? It's like Christmas morning. Yeah she misses her body a lot, her axe even more, and Asterius the most, but at least now she's got a new friend to play with. A friend named after her giant bovine companion who just so happens to be one tough Tauros.
Littering the area of the forest is a fair number of KO'd Pokemon. In the middle of the mess is one very happy looking girl that possesses a stunning resemblance to the Labrys in-game. Except for her very intimidating yellow eyes, that is.]
Ah...you're such a good boy, Asterius. [Says the young girl, rubbing her face against the Tauros' neck and petting him.] We've only known each other for a short amount of time and already you know just how I like to get things done. Hmhmhmhm...I could get used to this.
[Perhaps you're hiding as the scene unfolds, or you stubmled across it at the wrong time. Either way-]
...? Who's there?!
[Better act quickly.]
Minako Arisato | Persona 3 Portable
[With a stare of intense concentration, a girl with copper-colored hair stood in the Celadon Department Store. In her left hand was a Thunder Stone; in her right, Water and Fire stones. She looked between the two, weighing her options and occasionally humming in thought. At her feet sat a patient Eevee, scratching behind its oversized ears.]
Isn't it hard to decide, Orpheus? [Looking downward, she questioned the small brown Pokemon curiously.] It's not at all like deciding what Persona to use, that's easy. This is a lot more permanent, doesn't it bother you?
[Orpheus twitched his tail, looking up at his trainer with a sound not unlike a content purr. Accepting that meant it was up to her, Minako gave a slight shrug in response.]
Okay, if you're sure. Then...this one! [She grinned brightly, placing the Water and Thunder stones back on the shelf. Orpheus jumped up on the girl's shoulder with a chirping sound of approval.]
That's settled, then--let's pay for this and go to that nice cafe. I bet you'd like some cake, wouldn't you?
no subject
Oh, Minako! You're looking at stones too, huh?
[She recognizes the Fire Stone in her friend's hand, and can guess at the intended purpose with the Eevee perched on her shoulder.]
Isn't it hard, figuring out which one to use? It's like you're making this huge choice for them...
[She's still holding a Leaf Stone and Sun Stone, debating between them. She thinks her Gloom would be really cute as a Bellossom, but what if she'd rather be a Vileplume and just isn't showing it?]
(no subject)
holy crap how did I let this sit for a week? o_O
no worries!

You... are the strangest looking fox I've ever seen.
[He smiles at it while it sniffs about and explores him, keeping his hands patiently in his lap until he's certain it won't run away if he tries to pet it.
It does seem awfully fond of him, though.]
