Blurb: Rei is a dorky child who tended to lose himself to facts more than enjoying the world around him until he joined the swim club and realized he'd have to work to achieve victory and learned how to actually make friends instead of being a loser. He's been on his own and after seeing a lot of his friends go home he's been pretty mopey so he's been just training and working himself to exhaustion.
Plans: Not a single thing planned here. I want something (or someone) to get him moving and actually get him to go for his first gym badge, as he's been dawdling for the past ever.

I know that Jimmy and Rei have talked at least once before, but I'd love for them to speak again sometime! Jimmy's always up for new friends and people to talk to so I volunteer him as tribute I just recently watched all of Free! and Rei is perfect okay
