Location: Goldenrod, though he might go a-wanderin' soon just for the sake of it.
Blurb: Tobias is a teenage boy who was a bird for three years in the middle of a war against aliens and it sucked. He's generally pretty nice, but he's gotten decent at standing up for himself or people he think need it.
Plans: He might be planning a trip to the Lake of Rage soon (again). He hasn't seen much of the northeast part of Johto yet so he's going to end up there at some point.

Location: Goldenrod, though he's probably going to go on a Gym spree soon.
Blurb: Micchy is a... complicated character to explain, but basically he's two-faced. He's been trying to get better at not being so, but in an Official Rocket Business context he's cold and businesslike, and outside of it he's generally nice and somewhat friendly. He's really more in between the two, with the added problem of also being a little bit mentally unstable. He's doing his best to work towards being better, but he uh. Doesn't know how to do that.
Plans: Micchy needs more genuine friends, preferably ones who have Seen Some Shit and are a bit morally grey. Other than that... Gym rush, as previously stated. He uh. May want to grab Fly off of someone if he can, though.

Location: Goldenrod for the moment, though he might ask for a bit of time off from work to go on a trip.
Blurb: Somewhat young-ish looking man who seems to know a lot about a lot of things. And that's mostly because he's been reincarnated repeatedly for over 5500 years and remembers all of it. He's got a grudge against God but here at least he's settling for learning all of the Pokemon things. All of them. ... Except maybe grass type things.
Plans: He's planning on making a trip to Ecruteak and camping out for a bit because he's... a little bit of a nerd for old Japanese stuff and so uh. It's kind of a natural trip destination.
