HE THINKS... she's one of the strangest people he's come across. Dipper thinks she's really nice, a bit of an airhead maybe, and doesn't seem to know about a lot of sayings. Kind of like either a sheltered child or someone who might be a bit on the naive side. (Tell him what you are, Penny, and it'll all make more sense to him!) But no, Dipper thinks of Penny as a friend, and he wouldn't mind spending more time with her in the future!
