And those are both things Twilight might bring up, but she's under the impression right now that this is simply a gap between their worlds, and that Kayneth's viewpoint is simply how his world works and not just, you know... him being a dick.

Well, it is kind of a little of both, in that having a crest that's gone back a bunch of generations does make you a lot more powerful than someone who doesn't
