It's Cobra. Of course failures are possible. XD

Apparently Grass Knot ties blades of grass into a loop to trip the enemy and does damage based on the target's weight, so if Cobra's level 100s are big heavy guys with legs, the fact that Sentret's a level 7 won't be quite as big of an issue as one might expect. Plus she can just trip Cobra himself whenever he tries to move. XD

I definitely would like to work something out with you either after Apollo finds out about how TR works or if Cobra manages to start trouble with him (which is pretty likely once they meet).

A contender for Cobra's most embarrassing defeat yet? Apollo's team will prolly gain like five levels from the one battle, considering the level differences.

Well Apollo will be in either Goldenrod or Azalea in a week or so to get money and supplies, so if Cobra's in the area maybe something can happen? Otherwise I'll let you know when he finds out about what Team Rocket actually does and we can go from there. He doesn't know about the whole "levels" thing yet, so backing down won't be a thing that would happen.

Odds are he'll still be in Vermillion being the worst spy ever in a week, but if we can get them together for anything in the future, I'm totally up for it. :]

Sadly she doesn't have the same pokeset he does; however, she's got plenty of status effects at her disposal. Cobra can't hurt anyone if he's always asleep. Fufufufu.
