Below the cut, you'll find the pairs, as determined via Random Number Generator. I did my best to make sure that the paired characters don't usually talk, but if I made an error, please let me know here, and I will do my best to accommodate any changes.

(also you may notice that there was an odd number of characters signed up, so I took all the paired characters and ran the randomizer again to give someone the outlier as a second partner. ...The randomizer just likes me, okay. ._.)

Welcome home! It looks like Sion is paired up with Chihaya, and she's not exactly...the most social butterfly, but she lives puns gets by. Can you tell me a little about Sion?

Sion is basically a charismatic and idealistic young king who to all appearances is nothing if not nearly perfect and flawless. Underneath all that however he has HUGE issues with self-doubt and has generally a crappy opinion of himself due to his life having basically been hell, and not looking to get any better in the long run. He really IS an idealist and kindhearted at heart, mind, and truly wishes to make the world a better place for everyone else's sakes, it's just that he honestly has pretty much zero sense of self-worth and thinks that putting himself through a living hell for the greater good is perfectly acceptable and no more than he deserves anyway.

For first impressions and casual acquaintances though he's VERY good at hiding these issues; the giveaway is more that surely no one could be that calm and pleasant about everything more than actually appearing fake.

Oh, and he's best friends with Ryner and thus chances are high if you interact with Sion Ryner will at LEAST be mentioned if not end up involved somehow. XD

If he's charismatic, I'm sure he and Chihaya can talk normally. She has some major issues with her life--she's an idol, bright and colorful, but she only sings because it made her brother smile when they were young. And then he died. And she hasn't really smile a whole lot since, but she wants to be at the top of the world for him. She has a really shakeable psyche and isn't the toughest mentally, basically, but she puts on a brave face and tries anyways.

So they can. Probably relate somehow? Maybe?

Sion could definitely be sympathetic towards that, yes. Not that he'd be likely to say anything about his OWN issues, but. XD Maybe just through them at each other at some point and see how it goes? If nothing else I have a post planned for him I'll be doing as part of the powers plot event in about a week or so...

I'm not very familiar with FFXIII, but I still laughed when I saw Miu matched up with Lightning. Any idea for how to get her to interact with the world's most annoying twelve year old?

Uh...honestly? Pokemon issues. Lightning is far more likely to respond to Miu having issues with her team or training them than she is to anything else. ...Well. Anything other than Miu getting into trouble with Team Rocket, but that can't be very likely yet...right?

Sorry for taking so long to reply this! I wasn't sure what to say the first time, so I went to brainstorm and then forgot.

Miu is a bit too genre savvy to have a ton of trouble training her team. In my mind, she's going to have it all under control because these are the kind of games she knows from back home. But behavioral problems might arise...there's nothing as of yet, though! And I don't know when something like that will happen.

I might just have her bother Lightning the next time she posts and decide Lightning is worth pestering. /)_(\

Would she find a display of acrobatics interesting? x3 it'll probably be backdated to the 4th because of the Outbreak event and a castmate arriving in this last app cycle, but I should be getting something up for Lightning very soon. Probably tomorrow, too.

Poking in several days late, because I'm bad about checking the comms, but...

If you don't mind major backtags, I'd been thinking about having Serah tag Mui's latest post? As a whole lately it's pretty typical that when Serah gets involved with things, Lightning does too so one would lead to the other fairly well.

You know, just in case an idea was never found.

I am all for backtags! If Serah doesn't mind being pulled into Miu's craziness, that's certainly something I'm all for.

She was a teacher before she came here, so Miu reminds her of her students. Complete with really silly pranks, there's no way she's going to buy that plea for money.

She might offer some anyway, but that's not the point.
