Well in canon she gives the info to a girl who works with a so called group that wants to stop the evil's plans for good, so ... this sounds good to say the least! :3 Especially because she's not planning to get caught, or run away from TR, so your group should be well-informed unless if she gets caught XD

A well-informed group makes for a content Lightning, which would certainly earn Utau a friend or two...or something. Maybe a Skitty egg much further down the line. Either way, she'd certainly earn herself allies if she wants them, once they meet and can discuss this kind of thing. If I can brain a way to have the PGC call go out without tipping their hand, anyway. also if she does get caught, Lightning would be willing to offer her protection. You know. if worse comes to worse and she needs it. Stuff like that.

Friends and allies are welcome, though she's from the canon point where she likes to do things on her own... So her relationships with friends and allies might be kind of weird before she realizes that she can't do everything by herself. Skitty egg would be loved♥ (She does have a Skitty from Kyo Sohma... She can evolve the other and let the other stay as a kitten forever). But yes, I'm looking forward to this, even if she hasn't even made her first post yet. (last month was full of fail, at least she's still in the game). We'll see how this goes, but you can consider her as an info source for sure. o/ ♥ she really needs to learn that she can't make everything on her own, and sometimes she might need other people to help/protect/etc

Eh, Lightning knows the type. She was also the "shove all away" kind of person until some time before arrival in Johto, so she can understand it.

In the meantime, however, I'll be sure to keep an eye out for Utau; gotta get started somewhere, right? Allies can appear from nowhere, but it's just a bit easier if you know for sure who you're dealing with. At least...for Lightning, anyway. xD She's still semi-paranoid. and may have a lecture or two for Utau on that subject if it comes up at some point. who knows.
