Yeah, that's my problem, too — I have no clue where to even start with something like that. Maybe appealing to his sense of justice or the idea that it'll Help People™ somehow? Albert's generally pretty good about Snuffing Out Evil and serving justice and stuff. Assuming it's not preachy and everyone gets the hell out of his way and so on.

Also I've been thinking of having him put out a bounty on some of those Pokemon (because like hell he's gonna go catch them himself), so maybe that would be an in for getting them to start talking about it?
