Hmm....

Non-fiction: Well he's always thought of writing a book about cults or even Silent Hill to get the truth out for both. But he didn't want to draw attention from the town by doing that.

(If the Bad ending where he didn't get Heather but managed to get out happened. He'd be doing that, because hey, nothing to live for right? Might as well.) Possible titles would be....

-The Order: Silent Hill's Secret Religion
-Dangerous Cults: a History
-Silent Hill
-White Claudia: A story of drugs, cults and secrets
-Missing Children: A History of Kidnappers and What You Can Do
-Have You Seen A Little Girl: One Man's Story of Horror in a Small Town.

Fiction: so many. As writing is like, the only thing other then his daughter he has in his life. He's had a few ideas that he's wanted to write. Some more then others. Here are a few.

Mystery: (His preferred genre)

-Death in the Library: A body is discovered trapped in a library, where it appears to have been trapped for years. But the library has been open to the public for months and this is the first anyone's seen of it.

-Blind Luck: A man sees part of crime happen but is blinded soon afterwards. He's placed in police custody and has to help the detectives solve the case before the murderers find out where he is and kill him.

-Mystery of the Seven Stones: Two cops come across a ceremony at some old ruins and have to solve the mystery of what's going on with them. And if they tie into the rise in fake reports on satanic activity in the area.


Horror: (the genre he's better at)

-Alone: A man wakes up to find he's the only person left in his home town. He wanders around looking for his friends and family but finds nothing. He starts to wonder if he's dreaming or if he's awake.

-Silent Screams: A short story about a man somehow trapped inside the wall of a church. He can see people walk by, but they can't hear him trying to get their attention. He starts to figure out what exactly is going on, and how the church itself is a part of this.

-Sleep, Little Baby: A young mother wakes up to find her children missing. In their places are three carved wooden dolls and a nursery rhyme tacked to the wall.

If it had to be one of the ones she's already got, it would legit come down to a coin toss between Chief (her Kadabra and starter) and Zack (her Porygon2). I love them both so much in such fantastically different ways and I'd hate to see Carmen in Johto without either of them, but if it really came down to it, I think she'd keep Chief. Which has less to do with anything about Zack and more to do with the reason why I picked an Abra as her starter in the first place — because Abra knows Teleport, and if there's one thing that Carmen values, it's the ability to make a quick exit.

That said, if she were starting off fresh and legendaries counted, I'd give her a Ho-Oh. That's mostly an in-game development because of certain discussions she's had about birds and fire and the legend of Raven stealing the sun in particular (and I could tl;dr on those at length, too, but I won't here), but suffice to say, if there's one Pokemon I desperately want her to see before her time in Johto is up, it's Ho-Oh.

And if legendaries didn't count and I had to mulligan...I dunno, really. I guess I might give her a Smeargle. Or an Aerodactyl, since she's crazy about dinosaurs. But really, she's done so well with her Abra → Kadabra that I find it hard to think of her having anything else, really.

And she will never evolve him into an Alakazam because it would mean he would lose his big beautiful tail. BAD ENOUGH HE GOT LESS CUTE EVOLVING FROM ABRA IN THE FIRST PLACE. It used to be so adorable, he'd sleep for eighteen hours a day as is per usual for Abras and she'd go walking through the forest and he'd float along behind her, fast asleep, and IT WAS SO CUTE.

I'm admittedly mostly canon-blind for MLP, so what's Twilight Sparkle's favorite genre? Has she been reading any fiction in Johto, or is she mostly a non-fiction kind of person?

Oh, goodness. Incoming TL;DR!

Now, worshipping Celestia isn't exactly an uncommon thing in Equestria. She's their ruler, she raises and sets the sun every day, she's old and wise and one of those amazing fairy-tale rulers who keeps everything as close to perfect as possible, and she's apparently immortal. So the ponies in general tend to have a viewpoint of her that isn't entirely dissimilar to that of a Goddess.

Twilight wasn't all that much different from the others in this regard when she was growing up. When she went to Canterlot to see Celestia raise the sun, that was the first time she ever became exceptionally enamored with the Princess even by pony standards. Magic on that scale was something she'd never, ever seen before, and she quickly became obsessed with growing her own magical skill, which isn't too surprising as this is, after all, her special talent.

Then came her enrollment into the school for gifted unicorns, and her exam, where her powers went out of control and she hatched Spike, turned her parents into potted plants, levitated the instructors, and generally caused a great deal of unstoppable mayhem... until the Princess came in and calmly brought her out of it. The ruler of their land had just come up and brought her out of her magic-related breakdown, which was amazing (if embarrassing and guilt-inducing) enough, but this was immediately followed by Celestia offering to take Twilight on as her personal protege.

So, as of this point, Celestia was now her ruler, near-Goddess, mentor, and over the course of her studentship, she became almost like a second mother figure to her. Twilight's opinion of the Princess at this point had essentially become about as high as anyone's opinion of another is possible to be. And the events of the show only tend to reinforce this. In short, what is it Twilight's hero-worshippy over? Everything.

Interestingly, what Twilight tends to read in her offtime is mostly left up to the readers' imagination. She's mostly seen with nonfiction books, but that's usually because they're relevant to the plot.

She does canonically have an affection for the Daring Do series, which is essentially Pony Indiana Jones: The Book Series. So we can assume she appreciates the adventure genre, which isn't exactly surprising. But beyond that, we can assume she appreciates fantasy, which would be almost like nonfiction or historical fiction for her given the sort of world MLP takes place in, and historical pieces, be they fiction or nonfiction. Really, the only genre I can see her actively disliking is romance, because it's a combination of a subject she's almost completely uninterested in, and characters who she can almost never relate to. At all.

What does she do if she reads a book and finds out it's really terrible? Is she the sort to just put it down, or would she read it to see how bad it gets?

There's not really a lot Atsuro doesn't like about himself. He's pretty much accepted himself for who he is: a nerd, an aspiring programmer and someone with a lot of faith in people.

However, he doesn't like missing out on opportunities because of his hesitation. There are times when he could've ask or demand an answer, but didn't. By the time he's ready, the opportunity's gone. So being more assertive.

First kiss that others could see was here, when Leon won his Rising Badge, but her first actual kiss? ...Was also with Leon. >> Sometime after August 28th, 2011, when they started dating. It's a long story, but basically, feelings came about that he didn't wanna deal with, so he started avoiding her for two months, and when she found out she broke his nose and things were awkward as hell for another two months until Minnie's beach party when they finally sorted things out.

tl;dr: Lightning and Leon had issues with feelings, broke noses and tore hearts, then had nine months together. Was a good run.

Observing the local wildlife! It's a remnant of his previous time here as a kid and he has a soft spot for animals. Some of his interest can be seen from a scientific standpoint, but really, biology isn't his forte and besides, what better way to get away from the wires and metal parts than to look at fur, feathers or scales and actual living creatures?

He'd have some sheep and a chocobo if he could, but alas, his house wasn't exactly the safest place to keep pets. But that didn't stop him from riding chocobos near the expedition sites during his breaks.

Hahaha, yes. I mean, Sion is magical royalty, so that's probably going to earn at least a little respect from Kayneth... though, yeah, he is pretty fun to troll, really.

Saber is a very quiet and subtle lady. Having grown used to being able to mind her tongue while drinking as a king and as the leader of the Knights of the Round Table, she's not the type to place herself into compromising situations. However, she's grown to relax a little in this place. There are a couple of incidents where those around her have shaped how she acts when drunk. For example, when she's interacting with Nero, who's unusually bubbly and silly, Saber can slip into that same pattern.

So as long as Sion is as much of a gentleman as he has been in their previous talks, I imagine they would just talk about the usual stuff. Maybe if it gets a bit serious, the 'responsibilities' of being a leader. Really, she's the type to be quiet and just pipe in when spoken to during a casual drinking experience. So I'm afraid it'd be how Sion leads it.

Yeah, poor Kayneth, despite being a mage of great lineage, he doesn't even get to be top man on the magical totem poll even here in this world where very few people have had anything to do with magic. XD

Though at least putting up with Sion's occasional trolling tendencies means being likely to spend time chatting about magic with Ryner, who's a freaking genius mage?
