I'm still figuring out some of the things Reid's getting for people. Speaking of, if your name's listed with nothing beside it (or else you should be here and I forgot), please help me out and throw a few suggestions in my direction.

Albert: A nice, comfortable chair for the fireside.
Carmen: A charm bracelet, bare save for a cherry charm. And he'd like to point out that it's still her word against his. ;)
Coop: Amanda's swiping his communicator while Missy distracts him (probably by stealing his shoe and trying to float off with it or something) and Reid's installing all the games on it. And adding in super hard Sudokus and crosswords as a bonus. Let there be dorks.

Harry Truman: A guide on every Pokemon in the Johto/Kanto region, annotated by Reid with notes, tips, warnings, and general helpful information that the original authors didn't include. On the inside cover, there's also general advice written neatly, things like 'don't try to climb up a ledge because babble babble physics are weird here' and 'don't try to fly without a badge because you will break your legs'. Worded a little more Reid-like, of course. Reid doesn't know Harry all that well and doesn't expect a gift, but he likes being helpful, so Merry Christmas anyway.
Mio: Two small hairpins and a Togepi egg.
Rose Lalonde: A pair of nice circular needles, a ball of soft, warm yarn, and a small bag of candy.

And I am almost certain I'm forgetting people. So Twilight Sparkle, Fluttershy, and Gordon, I need a hand, and for the people I'm almost definitely forgetting, please chime in.

Twilight can always use more books! She'll appreciate any that he chooses to give her, from ones on obscure subjects (he's in Saffron, so an in-depth look at Psychic-types or one on the history of the Silph Co. would probably be findable) to general texts. If you'd rather not get her a book, she also has a secret weakness for plushies of the stranger Pokemon types. A Magnezone plush in particular would make her day, though she'd never ask for it.

Also, if you have any ideas for things for her to get him, I am all ears! I'm horrible at this sort of thing.

Reid's a profiler, so he'd end up giving her the thing he thinks she'd really want, which would be the Magnezone plushie.

As for Reid, he's pretty hard to shop for. He'd be happy with a book, but he'd whiz right through it and never need to read it again, so it's not very sentimental. Something that seemed like it suits him instead of a generic genius would be nice. Oh, sudden idea: he has a thing for charms. He knows it's completely illogical, but he wears a bracelet that's meant to protect him, so maybe a small token that's either traditionally spiritual or personal to Twilight. He's nervous about his mental health, and little things like that soothe him no matter how little sense it makes.

There's also a theme this year of people giving him things new to try, like an ocarina and water colors, so she could always try to give him something like an instrument.

Hmmmm... How about a miniature Rapidash, modded to have wings and with its mane and tail painted to look like Celestia's? She could attach a little note to it, explaining who it's meant to be and how it makes her feel a bit better if she can believe her adored mentor is watching over him too.

Aww, Reid would be so incredibly touched. Especially considering she doesn't even know his various health issues, but she wants him to keep safe regardless. That's totally perfect. <3
