Location She is in Saffron right this second, but she will be attending the Prom at Tohjo Resort. After that, she and her family/friend travel group may start touring Kanto.
Blurb: Heather is a scrappy teen/young adult (IDK SHE WAS A TEEN WHEN SHE GOT HERE I keep losing track) with a dark past and one hell of a chip on her shoulder, but underneath it all she's a good kid with a slightly-tarnished heart of gold. So really, more like... gold with some dirt on it. She hides her ~deep trauma~, questionable self-worth, and anger issues under a cheerfully-vulgar facade, and is generally a caring, funloving person to anyone who can get past the tough shell and become a friend. Who just happens to have averted an apocalypse and may or may not be a murderer. :Ia
Plans: WELL HEATHER IS GOING TO BE GETTING HERSELF INTO MORE TROUBLE THAN USUAL FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE, starting with bringing her own booze to the prom. And charging people for it. So if your character gets wind of a black-market alcohol trade going on in the dark corners of the resort and wants to get in on that, they'll have to deal with a smug freckled jerk being their dealer (unless they're smart and bring their own). Otherwise, she's also a little more prone to picking fights lately (justified or not) and has a growing interest in both Pokemon battling as well as sparring and getting tougher for personal reasons.
OF COURSE positive CR is still a thing so I have no qualms about her making new friends, too!

I AM ALL KINDS OF UP FOR THAT. Parker is way more hardcore than Heather, Heather just defaced public property and generally acted like a little shit before eventually cleaning up her act. But still. JUVENILE DELINQUENTS UNITE.

I'm totally up for them meeting at the party and we can see where the CR goes from there!

Not gonna lie, it's my dream to have Parker pick a lock one-handed behind her back while making out with someone against the door at prom. I have no idea how to orchestrate this but I want it and all I can picture is Heather seeing it somehow and just being like DID YOU JUST—DAAAAAAAAAMN or something.

After which Parker would totally teach her how to do it because skillz.

YES PERFECT oh man Heather could be watching in mild disgust all "ugh guys get a roo-- ... whoa. WHOA. What. Wait. What? WHOA."

She knows a little about lock-picking (IN SILENT HILL ALL DOORS ARE LOCKED SO YOU NEED TO GET CREATIVE) but given Parker's field, Heather's knowledge is doubtlessly matchsticks in comparison.

The sad thing is the behind-the-back thing is actually canon. I didn't even make that part up, I'm lifting it straight from The Girls' Night Out Job.

Now to find someone for her to make out with

Yeah, there are few if any locks that can stand up to Parker when she's determined to get through them. ON THE UPSIDE if she can teach a five-year-old how to get through a padlock in under eight seconds (also canon), she can definitely impart such wisdom onto Heather.

FFF THAT IS EPIC and I have heard great things about Leverage from RL friends, I really ought to check it out sometime.

But YEAH AWESOME Heather would definitely want to get in on that. She's not planning on going on any breaking-and-entering sprees, but the survivor in her really prizes those sorts of skills so she'd be interested in learning solely from a 'I might need these' standpoint.

I can see the CR starting purely from Heather witnessing that and then grabbing Parker later like HEY I SAW YOU DO THIS!!! HOW. >8I!

YES YOU SHOULD not least of which because more people need to see this canon and also potentially app me castmates. It's basically Ocean's Eleven: the TV Show, with Buffy-paced dialogue. WHAT MORE COULD YOU WANT IN A TV SHOW.

Canonically the most important thing in the world to Parker (and the only thing she likes) is money. >> SUFFICE TO SAY, shortly after arriving in Route she began accumulating a secret bank account. I'd be willing for Yumi and Heather to butt heads some time since they're both in Saffron atm (though possibly temporary). I feel they'll either form some kind of strange friendship or just lead to negative CR, whatever sounds good.

You also know what's going to happen at pokeprom with Misaki. Whether than may lead to negative or positive CR, I'm fine with.

And HM yes they do! I'd definitely love for Heather to learn some sparring/defense stuff from Ziva sometime, and just bonding/hanging out in general because Heather really needs more positive female figures in her life, she is like literally surrounded by bros at all times and has ALL THE BAD FEMALE FIGURE TRAUMA in canon, so yeeeep.
