A Ten Years Later Meme

Here, ten years have passed for your character in Route. What are they doing? Have they gotten all the badges? Bred a Pokemon with a movelist that would make Arceus itself piss its pixelated pants in fear? Become one of the top Admins of Team Rocket?

Or maybe their original route lost its appeal. Have they started taking a freelance Professor route? Or maybe they're researching the history of either region. Have they resigned themselves to a life stuck in the Pokemon world or are they trying to find a way to get out?

Well... why don't you tell us. Or play it out. What better way to continue your adventure?

-He's 26 now, though at 5'8" he's probably still shorter than most of his friends. (or at least his castmate friends)
-Since he'll hopefully be getting his last badge this month/next month HE'LL DEFINITELY HAVE ALL THOSE.
-He's probably gone on the free cruise for the Kanto-elite challenge a stupid number of times.
-He and Rose are married (Dave was his best man and the bachelor party was either the best or worst kind of disaster)
-They live in a house on the beach in Olivine. It's full of ghosts and cats, and their door is pretty much always open to friends.
-They have two children, a girl and a boy (Lily and Jean), who are three years apart.
-He continued to work at the Pokémon Centers, so maybe he eventually became something more than a medical assistant? Who knows.
-He quit once they had kids though, becoming a stay-at-home dad. (Technically Rose's career as a breeder/writer means she stays at home too but you know...it's the principle of the thing.)
-He still helps Rose with her Pokémon breeding, by way of lettering her use all his pokémon, and his own "ectobreeding" hobby probably generates ghost eggs with absolutely bonkers movesets by now.
-He also beta-reads her drafts for her. Because somebody has to tell her when she's laying the vocab on too thick.
-Though he isn't a professor or a gym leader (and has no real desire to be) he's probably still considered to be at least something of a ghost-expert. He still does research/observations on his own, he just doesn't really care to make a career out of it. ~~Maybe Morty-senpai finally noticed him and they are friends, idfk~~
-He still wears glasses. In fact, he never even changed the style of his frames...
-His teeth would still make an orthodontist twitch a little.
-His taste in socks is still tacky as ever. ~~This is clearly the most important fact~~
