So just fill that out and poke around at people with a stick. Make plans for new CR, plot things for existing CR, collect mun contact info, or some weird combination of all of the above.

Absolutely! I'm perfectly fine with with it being a casual thing since I did indeed get the idea that she's pretty much OTP'd from what I read in your plurks. I think casual is the furthest Hagakure can get anyway since he's...Hagakure.
