Location: Somewhere in the Saffron-Vermilion area, I'm not sure which one exactly. But in one or the other and more or less flying back and forth between the two on a semiregular basis.

Recently he was responsible for all those attacks on EV News in an attempt to distance himself from Team Rocket. He thinks it worked and is trying to figure out what to do next.

Plans: Nothing really? Might write up something stupid for him to submit for that writing contest (since Cobra once rewrote...or had someone rewrite Shakespeare's works as Snakespeare, so yeah there's that), but other than that? No plans!
