CR/Plotting Meme

First one of the new year, let's go.

CR/PLOTTING MEME

As usual, here's the form for you:

So just fill that out and poke around at people with a stick. Make plans for new CR, plot things for existing CR, collect mun contact info, or some weird combination of all of the above.

The idea of them passing by each other repeatedly and Cobra not noticing is hilarious.

I don't think there's anything specific there, but back when Ara was a mod, she offered the idea of Cobra supervising...whatever Team Rocket ships in and out of there. I've been under the impression he just sort of signs papers and yells at NPCs all day.

WAVING AT EACH OTHER AS THEY JETTISON BY, HELLO NEIGHBOR

Oh, that sounds cool! I think I...vaguely remember seeing something like that once, but yeah, that's definitely something I could work with.

...What if he caught her snooping around the docks and had to try to Super Civilian chase her off by pretending like MA'AM YOU DON'T WANT TO BE HERE, HERE THERE BE ROCKETS SOMETIMES while actually being so mad about somebody snooping around Rocket business WHILE HAVING TO PRETEND LIKE HE'S NOT A ROCKET

Alternatively, she'd have good reason to be in any of the other places he's hanging out save for maybe his house, so anything is possible there, too.

I really like that idea because it's such a mess on his end. This is not what he signed up for when he created his master plan.

I'm just sort of laughing at the idea of Cobra coming home and Carmen being his house. HOW DID SHE GET PAST ALL THE TRAPS HE SET? INCLUDING THE ONES THAT PROBABLY DAMAGED THE STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY OF THE HOUSE ITSELF?

Cobra proceeds to trigger every trap he set in the house trying to get her out.

Also this just occurred to me today, and probably should have earlier, but it's likely he still has the police uniform he stole. Officer Cobra warning strangers away from the shadier areas of the docks. It's the perfect cover.

...except for the scarf he's wearing over part of his face in the almost 90 degree temperatures Route's having this week.

Okay I read that as OFFICER COBRA ARRESTING PEOPLE WHO BREAK INTO HIS HOUSE at first and honestly at this point I'm not sure which is funnier.

But yeah, that's totally a thing he could be doing! Plus it'd be hilarious to me, the two of them just kind of lying egregiously about who they are and what they're doing there, PRETENDING TO BE NORMAL while in fact both being completely abnormal in the villainous sense.

...you know I've been considering an idea that wouldn't make that as far fetched as it seems.

I like that about it too. Just two normal people having a conversation. COMPLETELY NORMAL. No master thieves or terrorist leaders. Definitely not here. Nope.
