As per the norm, here's the handy dandy form:

What you're looking for: I'm just going to say everything. Cobra in general tends to attract negative CR (for some strange reason), but seriously, everything. People who hate him, people he's going to hate, people who he can't figure out why they're talking to him, it's all good. Oh, and if by some weird chance your character would actually get along with him, that's great too.

Plans: He'll be attending prom! And I've got a few things I definitely want to do there, but aside from that, his schedule's open for interactions and battles and all of that stuff!

I've got some nonprom stuff planned too, but I don't think that has a set date yet, so his schedule's pretty open for nonprom stuff too!

I want these two to actually meet each other in person because I don't think they ever have. They should meet at prom somehow, and Cobra should meet David, the Politoed. David will be dressed in a mini tuxedo. It will be grand.
