Bill's attention finally shifts to the girl. He squints at her outfit, head tilted slightly — he supposes he looks strange out here in his uniform, but he can't help wondering what her reason for wearing clothes like that might be. Hm.]

[To Bill's surprise, Psyduck toddles out in front of him and calls out its nasal psy-yi-yi greeting. Which is not anything like the quacks Bill is used to, but he's given up on anything here being like "what he's used to."]
