These are really just general ideas. I don’t have any awesome large scale ideas. ):

Okay, so I don’t have any real concrete plans for Cobra’s future. I’d like to pull off at least one more thing before him having to face any sort of consequences for his actions, but I’m not sure what. I’d like to go with something absolutely petty and ridiculous since he hasn’t done anything like that since the Whitney incident. Like carving his own face into a mountain levels of stupidity. …actually, if he could do that with Hyper Beam it’d be perfect. BECAUSE THE MOON IS TOO FAR AWAY AND HE TOTALLY TRIED IT FIRST, CARMEN

On the other side of things, if there’s any interest, PGC people? Cobra doesn’t like the ones he’s spoken with, and doesn’t like what he’s heard from other people (even though he hasn’t really heard much, if anything really). So let me get to the point, anyone up for being targeted by him? A couple of characters are already on his list, so he really wouldn’t mind crossing some more names off of that list besides Danny and Saber. Or at least, trying to. And failing. Horribly.

That’s about all I have kicking around in my head at the moment. Probably a canon update in the future but that’s not really a plot idea.

...Actually, speaking of consequences for his actions, I have this thing I keep meaning to ask you about and keep perpetually forgetting, that would likewise be absolutely petty and ridiculous and basically just utter flailing stupidity all around.

But I would need to know if he ever takes his Cobra Throne out of Rocket Headquarters first.

Not sure he'll actually want to do anything about it, but...if Cobra feels like taking care of Lightning himself ("if you want something done right, do it yourself" kind of thing), she's going to be in Olivine's Pokemon Center for a while. How does he feel about semi-easy targets laid up in bed?

Oh man, he's not that kind of guy. He'll wait for her to get better.

Actually, he's totally willing to kick her while she's down. He led strikes against G.I. Joe while their leader was in a coma, so it doesn’t really matter to him. He just needs a location and a plan, so someone or something can pay Lightning a visit.

And the fact she can't really fight back now just makes things easier, huh? Ah, the wonders of cracked ribs and busted joints. Poor Lightning.

As for location, Kimblee may be getting him backdated information that Lightning's in Olivine since before the trash event went down, and she's still there, so...I'm sure we work that out ICly somehow. I'm open for him/his "agent" doing anything to her, too, so no worries there.

I am so up for Xion being targeted by Cobra Commander. Or at the very least, I've been trying to have this girl get more involved and get in the way of stuff (like destroying the device in Goldenrod).

And there's also Red Saber, hurhurhur

It's ridiculously easy to get on Cobra Commander's bad side, so we should definitely be able to work something out for Xion. Make him mad and she will never get off his list.

Perhaps he'd like to go after Riku? They did have that battle on the train once, and Riku is... that trainer with 20+ level 100s. Kinda a dangerous guy.

Over 20 level 100s? He'll be fleeing so fast it'd have priority over Quick Attack.

But yeah, I'm definitely interested in having him try and avenge that train debacle. Key word being try.

Ah, yes! I've got Caster (wheresmyholyvirgin) just appearing in Johto during the Rocket Plot. I think Cobra and Hughes were the two signed up for training new Rockets? And since I can't really playercest with Hughes, was wondering if Cobra wanted to do any Rocket training with Caster? I'm perfectly fine handwaving training and saying he went through it, too.

I am totally okay with playing that out. I'm sure it will end perfectly with zero chance of a combination of disaster, confusion, and horror for all parties involved.

While not a member of PGC, since Crow's already made it to Cobra's list, he's more than welcome to go after him! ... Or other way round, because Crow would probably try to track him down and make him pay for that school incident (and others too I guess) if he had some sort of clue where to look aside from that you write guidebooks.

He can try, but it's kinda hard since Cobra sticks to the Rocket bases as much as possible :( He usually just takes over some abandoned building when he's elsewhere because really what are these locks for look at how easily Machoke can break them off. :/

Best bets would either be waiting for him to pull something somewhere that isn't Goldenrod, recognizing the voice of the oddly dressed man in the Center/Department Store/around town/etc.

I remember Minnie being on his list and then gorthan and ivan going NOOOO NOT MINNIE, is there anything she can do to get back on? ;) I saw the plot-thread with Lightning. Minnie is in Olivine as well, living in her leon-made home, in case you'd want to kill 2 birds with 1 stone sort of thing.

Ivan asked to handle Minnie, so Cobra would take matters into his own hands if he felt that progress wasn't being made or wasn't being made fast enough.

I'd love to have Isaac and Cobra duke it out at some point, actually. Isaac isn't a member of the PGC (yet??) but he's very anti-Rocket and if Cobra tries to pull anything off again, he'll definitely try to stop it!!!! Isaac's Pokemon are kind of low-leveled in comparison to Cobra's, so you could kick his ass! \o/
