Maybe there's a someone you're dying to meet, or a plot you've been wanting to run that you don't quite have the right pieces for yet; whatever the case may be, this is the right place to come! What you're looking for: I love weird parent/sibling/found family relationships; characters who are seriously patient and willing to put up with immense amounts of Peridot's hyper-active, whiny, self-aggrandizing bullshit are always good to have around. But, basically anything is good!!! I'm trying to get the green bean out there more, in general.

Location: Still in Goldenrod at the Rocket Base right where she started!
Blurb: Peridot's fairly new to Route! She's only been here about 2 months now, and she's still earning the ropes of both Pokemon and uh. Being human, actually. Back home she's literally a magical space rock, and one who's whole life revolved around working her job as a technician. She doesn't really know how to relax or have fun, and a lot of basic earth concepts still confuse the heck out of her. Fortunately she's a quick learner, so she has been picking up on some things, but. Yeah. She still has quite a way to go.
She's also a member of Team Rocket currently, and I have no immediate plans to change any of that because she's actually fairly happy there! Peridot is happier having a job to do, and nasty people to boss her around into doing it. The moral implications of stealing Pokemon don't really mean much to her yet, either, so she's pretty chill with just keeping on as is.
Plans: I have absolutely nothing going beyond a vague desire to have her obtain more than four Pokemon, and a desire to get her to venture further out into the region and away from Goldenrod a bit.

Dio is now definitely her rival, after that conversation, whether he sees it that way or not. This can only go hilarious places :')

I'm not sure if he sees it yet, but he definitely wants to battle her, so there's a start. Give it time and I'm sure he'll dedicate himself to starting trouble with her family for the next hundred years since that's what he does with rivals.

If she battles him now she'll absolutely get her butt kicked. She only has four pokemon and none of them are above level 30 :')

He won't know what to do with himself because how exactly does one have a rival if there isn't a giant timeskip and posing at their descendants.

And that's...unfortunate. But he'd be happy to take advantage of that because he's a giant jerkface. :)

Isn't Dio also in team rocket or am I misremembering that... I haven't looked at the list in a while.

Yup, he's a Rocket too! And apparently has no idea how to network because all he does is go around irritating people in this organization.

Let me know if you wanna do something in February now that the calendar is up :3c They could have a terribly mismatched Pokemon battle with a shoujo sparkle background raging behind them both.
