I've never mentioned this to anyone, but Route is what actually kept me RPing and basically on the internet as a whole. I started LJRPing in March 2010,and I'd made a few mistakes in those early months after an emotional upheaval, so I felt kind of useless as an RPer and a writer and figured it would be better to just cut my losses and scram. But then I picked up Lightning and was enabled and within a week, I was playing and regaining my self-confidence in spades. It's really thanks to Route that I'm actually who I am now, though that probably sounds really really sappy and cliche to you guys. We've all been through a lot, sure; drops and apps and bumps and bruises and soaring emotional highs, but it's been amazing and I'm so grateful to be a part of this.

So, what I'm trying to say through my half-asleep brain is: thank you. Thank you to Sunny and Okami for first coming up with the idea even if it wasn't meant to get this freakin' big, thank you to all the mods and techies and aids who have kept this game afloat as long as it's been, and thank you to all the players, modly ones included, for making the game the most welcoming one I've ever had the honor of being in. This place is my RP home, and it's always going to be.
