I didn't initially include one because I haven't had the chance yet to scour the Pokedex for them, but I can definitely say that Shuckle and Chansey/Blissey are on the list — Shuckle because of its "turning berries into potions" thing, and Blissey because apparently its eggs send people into Happy Good Cheer Death Spirals. Which can only end in hilarity, I am sure.

Once I get together a more comprehensive list, I'll be able to say with more certainty what I'm in the market for, but the quick and dirty version for the moment is, if it comes with a status effect, something edible, or generally human-affecting shenanigans, I'm probably interested.

FLARPing in Johto

So Vriska just recently asked the network if anyone wanted to FLARP with her. Which is basically Live Action RPing, in the Troll universe. There's the MSPA Wiki article on FLARP

Obviously a few elements are going to have to be changed around, but if people are interested I'd be willing to put together a monthly FLARP adventure log. It could probably even be something accomplished in different cities. Quests for certain things and all that.

If he phrases his requests in a bounty hunter like manner (or if the phrase bounty hunter is used) Vriska might be up for this! A chance to make a quick buck and hunt down some Pokebeasts!

Knowing Albert, it will probably come out in a very businesslike fashion and could quite possibly include the phrase "bounty hunting".

I'm sort of looking for a way for Ren to get his final reason to leave Team Rocket. It's not like he wants to say in them as it is right now, but he needs a push (because he's damn lazy and won't do much anything until he's pushed to do it -- plus living in the base for free is rather convenient, don't you think).

Though there's also something I'd like him to do before he does get himself out of there. That is to ruin someone else's plans. So if there is a chance of him hearing about something being planned and he has a chance of ruining it, he would do this... especially if it's a plan he doesn't approve on (which is pretty easy because what in Team Rocket does he approve of). Of course he's not the master of being sneaky, so it' easy to figure it's him if you just look long enough -- plus his Zebstrika would most likely bring him in if needed -- so there's an easy to way to get fast revenge in need.

So if you're interested in helping with either of these, that would be appreciated.

But yes, all of these look really great! Miltank would probably be another one (for the Moo Moo milk), and I wouldn't mind a Shroomish because they eat detritus and that's always helpful to have around...

Basically Albert's life is going to become Old MacRosenfield in the somewhat near future.

IN OTHER NEWS I can have Luke accidentally a hypnodeer? He's also in the area for Miltank, so I can have him accidentally a cow.

I know we made plans for these two to pick up chicks together, but after the fiasco in Olivine, Luke might be on the run for two weeks. He's a bit of a sheep, so it might not get him all the way out of the organization, but he and Ren can discuss it?

I'm not entirely sure when I'll be able to get this off the ground, if only because Albert's still pretty new to the game and I'm trying to be reasonable in the amount of time he has to fail through poke at things as he gets into the swing of his Pokemon crusade, but if Luke were to, like, trip over a hypnodeer and then eventually try to foist it off on Albert like HEY OLD MAN WHAT'LL YOU PAY ME FOR THIS THING or something, that would definitely work and be amazing. My one concern with making too many CONCRETE PLANS right now is that I don't know how long it'll take to get around to this, and I don't want to hold anybody up OOCly in the meantime until I do. Hence the very preliminary gauge of interest here.

It wouldn't be bounty hunting, but if he ever mentions wanting a Chansey on the network Cecil would be more than happy to breed him a Happiny and take care of the first evolution. (Amusing egg moves are included. Happiness needed to evolve into Blissey is not.)

Sion and Ryner have actually been doing a fair bit of researching legends and legendary pokemon. Mostly it's just been a cursory overview so far, traveling all over Kanto and Johto under the premise of Sion going and challenging all the gyms, though Ryner's done some reasonable amount of research in Johto prior to Sion showing up, too. So they would probably have some interest in this, I imagine. |D

....oh, and Ryner in particular is a genius mage back in his world, incidentally. Which Kayneth may find relevant to his interests if he ever found out. :)

That would be awesome! Chansey/Blissey is one of the ones that I'm really eager for him to get someday, and I'm not particularly picky about how these things come into his possession, so long as there's a fairly IC reason for them to in one way or another.

Also because I think it would be funny for Albert's grumpy ass to have all the Pokemon that evolve by pure hearts and happiness.
