What are they exactly?

Greed has had a very long time to dwell on how much he hates Envy for ruining his life and betraying him and when he wasn't in his semi-unconscious state of weird magic stasis. Having Envy be the very first person to contact him in the game was also something of a weird spot for him, because Greed was incredibly prepared to go down the warpath but then Envy seemed more adjusted than how Greed was expecting him to act and that sort of put an immediate wrench in his revenge plans.

At this point he honestly doesn't know what his relationship with Envy is. They used to be like brothers, but that sort of ended after Envy betrayed him. But Envy is different now and they get along, and Envy invited him along on vacation and has introduced Greed to his friends. Are they brothers again? Friends? What is even going on he has no idea.

On a scale of Alphonse to Kimbley, Greed is a very bad double ingrown toenail.

Scar doesn't really have any legitimate personal reasons to dislike Greed. Sometimes people just don't get along, and... this is one of those cases, for Scar. Greed is everything Scar isn't. Greed is all about living in the moment and indulging, while Scar sees his behavior as reckless and idiotic. He would just pass him off for Some Other Moron if Lust weren't hanging around him and constantly babbling to Scar about how inspiring Greed's lifestyle supposedly is. That drives him mildly ape-shit. A lot of it is just a major culture gap; Scar was raised in a modest, conservative, and quiet environment, and Greed is... Greed.

Also your jacket and sunglasses are way stupider than his.

OKAY, let's see-

Jimmy: So Jimmy thinks Ishimaru is a pretty interesting guy! He's...rather loud but that's okay, he's loud too so they've got that much in common. But even more than that, Ishimaru has actively offered to be there if Jimmy ever needed or wanted someone to talk to pretty much since he first met him, and Jimmy hasn't actually forgotten that. All things considered he's usually actually pretty excited to talk to him and likes to let him know what he's been doing lately whenever he gets the chance. I can't really explain it but Jimmy just likes Ishimaru and that's that. (He likes a lot of people so I guess I shouldn't be all that surprised)

OOOOOOOON the other hand we have Alfred, and as I told Alex way up there somewhere he's kindof leaning toward the Schuldig spectrum of people that Jimmy likes, in that he's more of a person he....well, he's friendly to him as much as anybody else, but talking to him just makes him uncomfortable for more reasons than one. Cause you know. oops I live in actual Hell and all that....stuff. SO YEAH THERE'S THAT...

There's also Nonon too and Jimmy likes her well enough from what I can remember their conversation going like. It'd be interesting to see how else they interact if they ever get a chance to talk again, I think!

Chihiro: Back at Hope's Peak, Chihiro was...admittedly slightly intimidated by Ishimaru for reasons I probably don't need to explain, but now he really doesn't feel that way, quite as much. His manners are definitely a thing to get used to, but he also seems vastly different here from the way he was back at the school, so that also has a thing to do with it as well. But he does like Ishimaru and considers him to be a friend otherwise!

I also feel like bringing up Kimblee since Chihiro got to talk to him about the Skiddo in August. And after that conversation he was left with a pretty basic impression but he seems like a nice enough person to him. I don't think they ever exchanged names but it'd be interesting to see how they got along if they happened onto each other too.

Well, Ramza still recalls hearing Henry saying war was fun - but he is desperate for friends, really - those who understand that plight at all, and have seemingly-similar worlds. (Just wait until Ramza talks about FFT permadeath since I headcanon yeah, people see the crystals. And it's happened around Ramza before.) He is excited to learn more, if not a little nervous - someday, he wishes to speak like a noble and tell everybody he trusts, but.

He is just a bundle of confusion, but is excited to have a reading buddy sometime.

(also ramza is in goldenrod right now. should we do a log-thing of them meeting up. it would be so cute. i love these two uwu i need to play fe:a.)

Jimmy: Yusuke had a very interesting conversation with Jimmy and pretty much met him during his personal crisis, but he was actually one of the most influential people in helping talk him down from that, between Envy and Greed. Now, because of this, Jimmy...really feels like he owes Yusuke for that to some degree, but he also really appreciates what he did and has pretty much immediately pegged him as one of those people he's going to be really close to whether they themselves like it or not. I'm still sitting here like "how did this happen" but it happened and I don't regret it in the slightest

Chihiro: YUSUKE KINDOF SCARED CHIHIRO AT FIRST TBH and he still...kinda intimidates him a lot but that's mostly because he can't tell if he's going to say something wrong that might make him yell at him again. Of course he understands he caught him at a bad time but you know. (Actually I hope you don't mind I might toss him at him somewhere at the circus logs) BUT otherwise he thinks Yusuke is a pretty decent guy and he does seem to mean well, and he gave him some fighting types which he's really been wanting for quite a while so that's great!

Jimmy: Veronica likes Jimmy! He seems like a truly honest sort, not meaning any harm if he can help it, and not hiding any secret schemes around her. He's sweet and nice to talk to, and one of the few people here Veronica's sort of opened up to. She sort of hopes they get along even more when she gets to Goldenrod, since she's supposed to try and make friends, right?

Nagi: Hoo boy... Yup. Since Nagi and Veronica have never talked to each other outside of text, she doesn't know who this guy is, but he's weird. She knows a lot of weird people, and generally thinks things are weird, so that's not really out of the ordinary. It's just the way he talks so much about psychic Pokémon is... confusing. She doesn't get it. And if and when they run into each other in Goldenrod, who knows how it'll go.
