What you're looking for: Really, I've lately been in the market for some fast-paced character-developing interactions among my trio; I'd really like to start building up some long-term friendships for them because they're all pretty reserved people in an emotional sense, and before I can get them actually dealing with their respective issues, they kind of need to establish a rapport of trust with people that will give them a basis for addressing them in the first place. Ideally this would come about through a majority of network commentspam, as opposed to anything action-heavy; basically, just people that they chat with regularly enough that a trust relationship develops and they can start trying to approach more meaningful issues because of it.

Blurb: Carmen Sandiego is the world's greatest thief; she's an icon of 90's edutainment and exists to make you learn shit without even realizing you're learning shit. She's Wikipedia before Wikipedia ever existed, and she puts that knowledge into your head through gratuitous amounts of really hyperbolic thievery. Character-wise, she's classy and brilliant and an incorrigible flirt, and she loves to show off her own skills and see others put theirs on display. LET HER TEACH YOU THINGS.

Plans: This is kind of a rough time of year for her, since it's been almost exactly a year now since the Great Thanksgiving Holiday Jam at the Justice Farm, so she's nostalgic for her CR drops and self-medicating it with a lot of whirlwind travel. But it's looking like she might head up to Mahogany soon, so who knows? She's on the move if you want her. o/

Blurb: Kirigiri is a Japanese teenager whose Super High School Level talent (that is, the unique quality she's particularly renowned for) is one of the canon's big mysteries and therefore I will not spoil it here! However, she's also a pretty excellent detective and joins Naegi in SOLVING ALL THE CRIMES that take place in murderschool, so there's that! She tends to be fairly reserved and is generally not big on soliciting people for social interaction; she likes to hang out on the sidelines and watch before really coming out of her shell at all, to the extent that sometimes people forget she's even there. She also has kind of a hilarious tendency of ending conversations by just WALKING THE FUCK AWAY so if ever you are threading with her and she does that, IT'S NOT YOU, IT'S KIRIGIRI.

Plans: I'm working on having her settle into a more normal-kid, slice-of-life mindset (given her canon, this is actual character development), so I'd really like for her to continue some of the friendships she began in the Nightmare Castle plot and kind of see where that all takes her! At some point in the very near future she's also going to let out a murderous Salamence and probably get mauled pretty badly, but the timing on that is flexible and will depend a lot on CR and when it's convenient for everyone concerned.

He was psychopathic to start with, he's more than a little messed up from spending seven years alone in the dark, and due to Johto and general character development he's gotten slightly better in some ways and hideously worse in others; at the same time, he's good at playing normal, despite all the issues.
Plans: He's got plans for the next week, also Christmas, but in general he's available for just about anything; he's also setting up a few raids and what have you that I will be hopefully getting out there in the next short while.

Blurb: He's a former child prodigy who's actually a genetically-engineered clone; he was also raised mostly in isolation in a lab in Antarctica, and pretty much lost his mind when he lost his entire family at the age of twelve. Since then he's been living in the middle of nowhere, overseeing a military prison and...dressing up like his sister and assuming her personality when he's particularly freaked out because boy do you ever learn good coping mechanisms when you are holed up completely alone either in Antarctica or on a literal godforsaken rock.
Plans: I've really been liking the varied CR he's gotten going in his time here, and I'd like to follow up on some of it when possible; new CR is obviously always welcome, as he's one that's a bit difficult to get established due to him being unpleasant as hell. CHANCES ARE IF IT'S GOING BADLY, IT'S NOT YOU; IT'S HIM.

Blurb: Current head of Aperture Science, former potato, and homicidal AI bent on doing what she must because she can. She does have a softer side that's capable of coming out once in a great while, though, and she has an unusually high threshold of tolerance for utter bugfuck insanity because she's pretty much spent her entire life surrounded by it. So at least there's that.
Plans: She's currently on a Secret Mission in Pewter, along with Ryuunosuke Uryuu; however, she's always up for discussions over the 'Gear if needs be. She's another who's gotten a good batch of varied CR lately that I'd like to follow up on, and I'm always down for new CR as well!

CR-wise, I'm always up for developing more Rocket CR since he spends the majority of his time in the base. If anyone is around Goldenrod and would like to bump into him in person though, awesome. Other than that, I'd love for him to keep making friends by some miracle because he's really awkward about the concept and it would help him get over the fact that he's living without the important people in his life back home. But since he's not the most pleasant of sorts, rivals and negative CR are wonderful too.

His work and interests are purely scientific and not occult, mind you! He's really carefree and decently easy to get along with, but is also slightly mysterious at times. There's more to him than he lets on.
Plans: Nothing major right now. He's settling into the house that was left to the Dangan Ronpa cast, collecting ALL the Psychics, and plans to open up shop for his fortune-telling services somewhere in Goldenrod. Maybe even in his room at the house, who knows. That might not go over well with his classmates though. He's also struggling a bit with his abilities right now, and will probably seek help about it eventually.

CR-wise I kinda stated above, but I'd like for him to make friends with people! He's not used to having friends at all, and really treasures the ones he makes so you're guaranteed to have a good friend in Hagakure. A...really strange but good friend. I'm always up for chats about supernatural stuff too, whether or not your character believes in it. Hagakure will ramble about the subject for ages either way.

Still doesn't quite get the whole Pokémon thing.
Plans: Since it still hasn't really sunk in that this world isn't the same as his yet, Latvia has just spent every day working and patiently passing the time. Frankly he's getting a little bored though. I'd like something to encourage him to start travelling again, be it a travel partner or someone asking him to come to a different place. Just in general I'd like for him to find some kind of direction or goal. Since he's fond of gardening I was toying with the idea of him learning how to cultivate berries.
