So far?

He likes Stitch. He sees some potential for future…something. He’s not entirely sure yet what he wants to use Stitch for or how to use him, but he sees potential for some sort of destruction, either using Stitch’s skills at crafting things or his skills at destroying them.

So far he sees Kurow as just one more annoying person in Johto. Additional conversations will move him up or down his list of people to get rid of accordingly.

Cobra's thoughts on Ryner have changed a little. He still thinks Ryner's the laziest person he's ever seen, but now that he knows Ryner can actually be serious, he wants to at some point, see if Ryner's actually willing to do something about him or just continue to be lazy.

Killua doesn't particularly like Cobra. He doesn't hate him either . It's that Cobra is like an interesting looking bug on Killua's line of sight. Fun to watch, fun to mess with, but overall still just something to squish later if it gets too annoying.

He probably wouldn't hesitate to kill or at least maim the guy given the chance.

There is no possible way you did not see this coming.

Cobra thinks Killua is annoying. Not annoying enough to go after, but still pretty annoying. He thinks there might be a use for Killua somewhere in one of his plans since he's given him information in the past, but he's not sure exactly what that might be.

I know t hey haven't spoken much, but Carmen's thoughts on Cobra, please?

He hasn't even found out about the 90s yet. Still a couple years off from the wonder/horror that was the 90s Joe cartoon.

He doesn't get Carmen. At all. Why are you wasting everyone's time with teddy bears? Seriously. She confuses him. Angers him too, but everyone does that.
