Sorry this is so short, but his relationship with China basically boils down to two things:

He doesn't like China, but he doesn't know enough to do anything about it.

I need to throw him at China more :(

Cooper: He practically sees Cooper as one of his platonic siblings! If any of his siblings were to come to Johto, China would introduce them to Cooper. If Cooper needs anything, China will do whatever he can to help. He's willing to put himself in danger for Coop!

Tulio: He still doesn't know about him being a con artist, though he does know by now that he tends to be magnet for mischief. Even if China ever does find out that Tulio's a con artist, he'd still be friends with him. He'd just have to worry more about Tulio as he does Envy. Just don't try to get China caught up in the scams, or else he'll show Tulio some of his country's martial arts.

Of course, he won't go too far should things come down to that.

Yeah, definitely not on her level...I don't think Cobra even knows what "committing crimes on the intellectual level" means.

Tulio is definitely one of Envy's Really Important People! And more than that, he's a friend and someone who Envy feels like he can really trust. He's much more willing to open up to Tulio than he was before, and he's okay with Tulio seeing him when he's in a weak/vulnerable state (like when he was sick or after Nanao left). Another thing that happened when Nanao left was that Envy became really concerned about Tulio disappearing, so he likes to know where he is and doesn't wander off on his own quite so much anymore (and if he does, he lets Tulio know where he's going because Tulio was really clearly worried about the same thing). He just really, really doesn't want Tulio to leave ever.

The fact that Tulio is a human is still something Envy does still notice, but it's mostly a background thing by now and Envy doesn't mind it at all anymore although it does make him worry sometimes HUMANS ARE FRAGILE OKAY. He's always up for teasing and arguing and bantering with him, just as he always has been, and Tulio can get away with pretty much anything, including things that would have been very dangerous with canon!Envy. Envy doesn't want to hurt him, so Tulio would be safe even if Envy got incredibly angry. He does worry about Tulio getting caught in any castmate crossfire though, since he's got enemies showing up.

He also doesn't think Tulio is using him anymore! Which is a very good thing because that was a strong assumption for a while even after it wasn't true anymore. Since he's not used to having a 'group leader' sort of person that isn't using him, it's strange for him but he feels more comfortable and secure in the group.

Envy is pretty cool with Miguel now! He doesn't feel like he has to compete with him for attention all the time, and Miguel's been nicer to him too so he's gotten much less snappish/argumentative. He's willing to have completely pleasant conversations with him, and he'll tease and banter in a much more friendly than cruel way. Also Miguel can be more fun than Tulio which also helps his case.

Well, good! China would be glad to know if Killua ever tells him that, surprised too. But hey, that's what big brothers are for. Anichi is a cute nickname for him, btw.

Ironic, considering it was Ivan who injured China. And from the threads I've seen between Killua and Ivan, Killua sees him as interesting too.

Roxas is kind of unsure about China, mostly because he approached him while he wasn't exactly himself (he was way closer to the part of him that is Sora than he wanted to be and it kind of freaked him out). At the same time, since he initiated a relationship, he doesn't really want to drop it. China strikes him as nice and knowledgeable, and he likes being able to share experiences since they've both been in Johto for a while.

But did she steal Alaska? Because he totally almost got away with that once.

Kimblee on Hughes: ...in all honesty, Kimblee isn't always entirely sure what to think of Hughes. I mean, on his end he does respect him; Hughes is both consistent in his beliefs and the sort of person whose beliefs Kimblee can actually understand, even if he doesn't always agree with them. He doesn't care about Hughes, in any sort of deep sense, and he doesn't consider them to be friends, because Kimblee doesn't exactly make friends and his grasp on what constitutes friendship and what does not is very poor besides - but he is very fond of him; he won't put Hughes before himself, but he does put him before a good amount of people that he knows. While he won't go out of his way to protect him at all, he doesn't explicitly want harm to befall him either, and he's willing to do favors for Hughes if it won't be detrimental or inconvenient for himself. He actually did mean what he said to Roy, regarding why he told Hughes about his death - warning Hughes wouldn't hurt Kimblee in any way or set him back at all, and not telling him would put Hughes at a disadvantage, which is something that Kimblee didn't see a reason to do, given that he actually does respect Hughes.

What's confusing him is that he doesn't understand why Hughes is treating him the way he is; it's obvious to him that Hughes is a Good Person, and in his experience Good People who know what Kimblee did in Ishval tend to either want to avoid him or treat him like a lesser being who deserves to be shamed for what he did at every opportunity (the fact that he never actually does feel horrible about it notwithstanding). Whereas Hughes actually treats him like a person - he initiates conversations over the Gear for reasons other than obligation, he trolls him quite a bit and is willing to joke with him (even if Kimblee doesn't always know what to do with it), he actually seems to be okay with talking to him individually, and he never acts like Kimblee isn't worth his time; he just treats him like pretty much everyone else. Kimblee doesn't really acknowledge it very much, but he...really likes that. He doesn't understand why Hughes is doing it and he suspects it's primarily to stay on his good side; even if that is the case, then damn it, it's working.

He also finds Hughes to be...surprisingly intelligent under all the trollface. Ace Alchemist Investigations, fuck yeah?


Kimblee on Gluttony: ...this is going to be very short, but basically he finds talking to Gluttony to be the equivalent of being tasked with breaking down a brick wall. Using nothing but his face.

...yep.

...you know, were it to be confirmed for him, he's not sure if the knowledge that Cobra is completely serious makes it better or worse.
